Beautiful Self-catering Holiday Cottages on the
Kent Sussex Border

Welcome to Little Saxbys Farm.  In addition to my own house I have two delightful, fully-furnished farm cottages available to let by the week.  I am idyllically situated on the Kent and Sussex borders in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Royal Tunbridge Wells, and just one mile from the village of Cowden with direct train links to London Bridge which takes 50 minutes.

Holidaying in Kent and Sussex offers a wealth of attractions and experiences all year round. Staying with me you could not be more ideally located for visiting some of the finest castles and Stately Homes in the country. Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone Castle, Chartwell, Groombridge Place, Sissinghurst Castle and Leeds Castle are all within easy reach.

If you enjoy walking I have some stunning local walks right on my doorstep,  Ashdown Forest is just 2 miles away and there are a number of renowned gardens and parks nearby.

For Golfers there are also a number of excellent championship courses in the vicinity and if you enjoy Racing, the farm is just a few miles from Lingfield Park Racecourse.

Whatever your interest, just about everyone who stays with us tells me that the real icing on the cake is the peace and quiet in our stunning Kent and Sussex countryside.
